Professional property licence & Financial insurance

As an estate agent, we are legally required to hold a professional property licence and to ensure that all funds held for payment of our property owners are covered by a financial insurance reserve.

We hold professional licence n° 194 issued by the Savoie Prefecture in Chambery. Our financial insurance fund is through SOCAF / Paris, covering 958 000€ for rental and 110 000€ for sales transactions.
