I am going to reserve my flat from your offers on the website, how will my reservation be finalised?

Follow the booking tunnel with the different steps up to the secure online payment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after completing your purchase. The booking is not final until the contract has been received and the deposit has been cashed by the agency. The balance must be paid one month before your arrival date via your customer account or by bank transfer. Please do not hesitate to contact us for personalised payment methods and deadlines;

I’ve forgotten to reserve my ski passes, how to ?

You can change, add or delete services associated with your accommodation at any time up to 4 days before your arrival: ski pass, sheet hire, towel kit, swimming pool, cot. Visit the secure area of your customer account on the website or contact us directly by phone +33 (0)4 79 00 04 03 or mail.

Will I collect the keys on the day I arrive?

The Val Thorens Immobilier offices are located Résidence 3 Vallées, grande rue, 100m after the Val Thorens church. Our offices are open on Saturdays NON STOP from 9am to 8pm. Rentals start at 5pm at the latest, however we invite you to visit the agency as soon as you arrive in Val Thorens in order to identify yourself, put you on our arrival list and call you as soon as your rental is available.

In the event of a late arrival, outside of the agency's opening hours, what should I do ?

On the Saturday of your arrival, a night reception system is organised. However, you must contact the agency before 6.30pm to check in, leave a credit card deposit and/or the balance for the day and obtain the arrival procedure. If possible, we recommend that you anticipate this procedure a few days before your arrival date.

If I have to cancel my ski holiday, what should I do?

You should contact us as soon as possible to open a cancellation form. Generally, you have taken out a cancellation policy that allows the deposit or day's stay to be refunded in the event of force majeure. Contact us by email and send us your supporting documents. A handling fee of 50 euros will be deducted from the refund.

Is there an internet connection on site ?

The Val Thorens resort has entrusted an external service provider with the WIFI coverage of the Val Thorens resort. An ICI-VAL THORENS connection is available from your smartphone, tablet, etc., for a weekly fee of around €20. Free WIFI zones are available in various parts of the resort.

Some of the flats have private WiFi access included. You can check the availability of this connection directly in the property selection criteria when you make your reservation.
