The Val Thorens Immobilier team answers your questions to help you prepare your skiing holiday in the Tarentaise mountains.

I will book my apartment among your offers on the website, how will my reservation be finalized?

Follow the booking process with the different steps until secure online payment. You will receive a confirmation email right after the finalization of your purchase. The reservation is final only after receipt of the contract and collection of the deposit by the agency. The balance must be paid one month before your arrival date via your customer account or by bank transfer. Do not hesitate to contact us for personalized means and payment terms.


I forgot to book my ski pass, how to do it?

You can change, add or remove services associated with your accommodation at any time up to 4 days before your arrival: ski pass, linen rental, towel kit, cleaning, cot. Go to the secure area of your customer account on the website or contact us directly by phone +33 (0) 4 79 00 04 03 or mail (link form).

 

Where will I collect the keys on the day of arrival?

The office of Val Thorens Immobilier is located Residence 3 Vallées, Grande Rue, 100m after the church of Val Thorens. Our offices are open on Saturday NON STOP from 9am to 8pm. The rentals start at the latest at 5 pm, however we invite you to visit the office upon your arrival in Val Thorens to identify you, register on our arrival checklist so we can call you as soon as your rental is available .


In case of late arrival, outside the opening hours of the agency, what should I do?

On the saturday of arrival, a night reception is organized. But you must contact the agency before 6.30 pm to register, leave a deposit by credit card and / or the balance of the stay and obtain the arrival procedure. We recommend that you anticipate this procedure a few days before your arrival.

 

If I have to cancel my skiing holiday, how can I do it?

You must contact us as soon as possible, in order to open a cancellation file. Generally, you have a cancellation contract that allows the refund of the deposit or the stay in case of force majeure. Contact us by email (reservation@valthoimmo.com) and send us your proofs. A handling fee of 30 euros will be deducted from the refund.

 

Is there an internet connection on site?

Val Thorens has entrusted to an external service provider the WIFI coverage of the Val Thorens ski resort. An ICI-VAL THORENS connection is available from your smartphone, tablet, ..., for a weekly package of about 20 euros. Free WIFI zones are available at different points of the resort.
